Booking enquiries

The weekly rates are listed at the bottom of the page here. When you are ready to book fill in the booking/enquiry form. If you are in doubt please call Stuart or Sandra on +44 (0)1947 841423 (mobile: 07515 375705) to check availability or answer any other questions you may have. Upon receipt of the booking form you will receive a telephone call and e-mail to acknowledge your provisional booking. Bookings are normally taken Saturday to Saturday but we are happy to arrange short breaks or weekend bookings out of season.

Payment

We ask for a 10% non-refundable deposit within 7 days of booking and the balance one month prior to the start date of your holiday. Payment should be made to S Purdie, Roraima House, 40 Staithes Lane, Staithes, Saltburn-on-Sea TS13 5AD.

Rates

Low: Nov/Dec £250, Jan/Feb £275

Mid: April, May, June £325 - £350

Peak: - school half-term, May bank holiday, Easter, July, Aug £450

Short breaks: Fri - Sun or Mon - Fri £165
